Tim accepts briefs in criminal law and quasi-criminal matters and is available to appear in contested hearings, committals, pleas, bail applications and post-sentence supervision applications.

Tim also accepts briefs in administrative and public law matters, employment law matters and in regulatory and disciplinary tribunals.

Tim joined the Bar with 12 years of experience as a solicitor advocate. In 2016 he was accredited as a criminal law specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria.

Before joining the Bar, Tim was a principal solicitor at the Office of Public Prosecutions with a particular expertise in homicides, sexual offences and fraud matters. Prior to that he was a senior solicitor at Victoria Legal Aid and at the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service, where he oversaw the indictable crime practice. He has extensive experience appearing in the Magistrates’ and County Koori Courts.
